Should a unit get a worn interior due to heavy field use clients can have the entire interior removed in one piece and a new interior installed in record time. Our new construction system virtually eliminates downtime in the field, except for reshipment of units. Currently we are supplying fully modern cool down units for the Gulf of Mexico BP cleanup operations. For work crews that get exhausted in the field, our well appointed rest centers afford them the break they need to continue their tasks. Our cargo2™ Container units can withstand a Category 5 hurricane. They are field tested to survive in very extreme conditions of temperature, rain, wind, snow, and all types of storms. These are the same units we supply to organizations operating in conflict zones. All have a white baked-on surface for maximum reflectivity. Bunkhouse interiors are clean and well appointed. The sturdy steel tube frames are powder coated and support comfortable mattresses. Each berth has a courtesy light. All windows are rigged as emergency exits for contingency plans. The exterior of the cargo2™ container units are clad with highly reflective white power coated steel for durability and heat dissapation. Intrepid Structures has developed dedicated sleeping containers similar to berthing accomodations that one would find in railway sleeping cars. We manufacture a 40 foot long HIGH CUBE Bunkhouse that accommodates 20 sleeping berths, each of which are equipped with a privacy curtain. The beds are twin over twin size bunks with two entrances and exits. Each berth also has an electrical outlet. At the far end of the unit is a private bathroom with dual shower stalls and two toilet stalls with privacy curtains. There are also two sinks. The 40 foot ling HIGH CUBE is a fully self-contained living and bathroom quarters for up to 12 persons. Intrepid Structures also offers a SPLIT QUARTERS HIGH CUBE. In this configuration, the container is split into two smaller 20-foot segments for privacy or segregated use. The beds are triple height twin over twin, with one entrance and exit per divided segment. Each berth also has an electrical outlet. Additionally at the far end of each segment is a private bath with a single toilet and sink stand. There are also work desks and chairs lining the walls of one side of each segment with clothing and other storage available inside this self-contained living and bathroom quarters for up to 12 individuals. |
