The base factory, with over 500,000 square feet of production space, is augmented by outbuildings with additional emergency housing manufacturing capacity. Our performance and testing facilities are housed in an additional 50,000 square feet capable of launching up to 125 larger park models or travel trailers every week. Our main factories can each produce 500 to 1,000 finished transitional shelters, temporary shelters, permanent steel frame natural disaster relief homes, or panelized support units every week.

We also have additional flex-lease space available that can be enabled within hours and can accommodate larger complex orders during times when natural disaster relief is needed. Due to the economic downturn in the Southeast U.S. we have a ready pool of highly skilled workers and technicians available and on call for immediate expansion.

Our emergency disaster relief labor force consists of veteran home and mobile home product builders, welders, roofers, framers, electricians, plumbers, designers and support crews, many with multiple decades of personal experience.
